Why is there a surcharge and what is it for?

Most of our products are sold on an 'Exchange' basis. This means that we will give you a refund of the surcharge plus VAT when your old pump or injectors are received by us within 30 days. These need to be undamaged, serviceable and as removed from the engine.

When you return the old units, place and seal in the same packaging we sent you our units in and send to our Egham address.

When we receive your old injectors or pump a surcharge refund plus VAT is made to the same credit or debit card that you used to pay initially.

We take your old injectors and or pumps, and then remanufacture them in due course and once complete and tested are then placed on our shelf as stock.

How do I send in my old part?

Once the old part has been removed form the vehicle, put in a robust sealed bag to contain any leaks and then carefully pack it in a strong box with plenty of padding to ensure it does not get damaged in transit. Parts should be sent to our Egham address.

We always advise customers to send their old part by recorded delivery to ensure that it can be tracked.

What happens if I don’t send back my old part?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the surcharge if we do not receive your old part or, if we have not received your old part 30 days after your purchase.
